Syntactic Tags

Each tag is flanked with a typical example. The tags indicate syntactic functions. Each syntactic function tag is prefixed by "@" in contradistinction to other types of tags. Some tags include an angle bracket, "<" or ">". The angle bracket indicates the direction where the head of the word is to be found.
